Olympia is in Washington, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Olympia follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I have been a Les Schwab customer since the 1980s my family, the 1970s and am old enough to remember the man Les Schwab himself in commercials on TV. When I lived in the United States southeast and southwest I missed Les Schwab. When I came back west like the salmon I am I quickly re-engaged my relationship with Les Schwab. I have never had a bad experience at Les Schwab. Iβve had my share of flats my whole life. I attract nails like honey attracts bees. Les Schwab has always been my go to for tires and flats unless my dealership had a sale that I could not pass up. This store on Plum has excellent staff and is very efficiently run like just about every one that I have had to do business with. And the smell of fresh popcorn certainly adds to the experience.

Kept being told different things by different people. No one could get their story straight. Said that I needed new front breaks and there was wear on my rotor but before that they told me they didnβt take my front tires off. I also came in a month ago and they said my front breaks were fine. I replaced the back breaks last time and have been having shaking issues since being replaced so thatβs why I can in again but they kept saying it was the front breaks. They didnβt even look at the back. Edit- I went to a different Les Schwab. The issue was the back brakes which I already knew. They didnβt put on the spring correctly. And my front breaks are perfectly fine.

I wanted to provide very positive feedback for Brian, the store manager at the Plum Street location in Olympia, Washington. There were some initial errors on our service request for my tire issue on my AWD Toyota Rav4, and Brian helped resolve the confusion. He then made a commitment to replace the single tire under warranty, but then found out he could not obtain the same tire model after all because it was out of stock and no longer available anywhere, which would have been an issue since it was an AWD, and, the tires would not match. Brian held to the commitment he gave me by replacing all four tires with the new available version of the tire model. His customer service and integrity was absolutely top notch. I will continue to be a Les Schwab regular customer, and will share this positive feedback via all available major marketing mediums along with my personal network.

They installed a small tractor tire I had and the results were fine however I was charged $53 for for the job. I decided to replace the other tire later and took it to Garyβs Tires and not boy were they more friendly the cost was under $20! Never again will use Schwab!

DO NOT bring your car here, especially if you want it done in a reasonable amount of time. I was told it was a 2 hour wait to get my tire changed, so i went home and waited to hear back. 4 hours go by and nothing, so i call, Iβm told my car is 2nd in βqueueβ, 2 more hours and nothing, so i go to the location at 5:30 (they close at 6) still not done, and every tire was off my car, and i had to wait another hour, after 7 hours of waiting for my car to get 1 singular tire replaced, they didn't finish until 40 minutes after they were supposed to close. Safe to say I will never return to this location.
